| Hy-Vac's vacuum treatment process produces products with
minimal environments to deliver a bright and clean finish. As a result
of our precise temperature controls, we are able to achieve higher
standards for metal and alloy parts.

Vacuum furnaces. Our four vacuum furnaces, with work zones up
to 36x48x24, are used for brazing, solution annealing, bright annealing,
hardening, tempering, normalizing, stress relieving, sintering and
aging. Thermal cycles are performed at pressure levels as low as 1x10-5
Torr. Temperatures are accurately controlled and charted at from 250ºF
to 2650ºF. Subzero treating is performed at temperatures of -120ºF in
our cold chambers.
Vacuum brazing. One of the strongest bonding methods for
joining, our vacuum brazing process results in minimal distortion, leak
free joints, and clean and bright assemblies ready for customer
shipments. Materials that can be joined by our vacuum brazing process
include stainless steel, nickel alloys, molybdenum, carbon steel and
carbide. NEXT
